Scott proposes Department of Commerce

Gov. Rick Scott proposed bringing back the Department 

of Commerce on Thursday as a hard-charging agency

 responsible for aggressively marketing Florida as 

"the place to do business."

WASHINGTON - January 27 - As a billionaires' caucus of
